Located on Biscayne Bay in the Edgewater District of Miami, Star Lofts on the Bay is an existing 22 story Condominium Tower. The project reimagines space, opening visual angles, and expanding the size of the existing gym. The space will have entirely new finishes, as well as a new poolside terrace, an expanded pool deck and new landscape, for the enjoyment of the unit owners and their guests. Our hotel design and construction experience was key for this project, as we imbue the spaces with a luxury resort feel that is an characteristic element of Miami living.
